Paying for Registration and/or Membership
You may pay your membership dues and/or pay for the Annual Conference.
We offer different payment options so that you may mail your payment, email a purchase order, or pay online.
Online payment is collected through PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.
Area Hotel Information
There are a number of hotels available in the area (link to Google Map with listings).
After checking with personnel at the several, here are some general recommendations…
- Some hotels do not accept checks; some want the checks in their accounting office at least two weeks prior to your stay. So, be sure to confirm what is allowable and what is preferable.
- A completed Credit Card Authorization (CCA) submitted in advance is preferred to school checks in most cases.
- Some of the area hotels were willing to honor the state/government rate. Be sure to ask if that is applicable.
- Be sure to mention if you are a member of their honors/awards programs since that might have its own discounts.
