Paying for Registration and/or Membership

You may pay your membership dues and/or pay for the Annual Conference.

We offer different payment options so that you may mail your payment, email a purchase order, or pay online.

Online payment is collected through PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.

There are a number of hotels available in the area (link to Google Map with listings).

After checking with personnel at the several, here are some general recommendations…

Some hotels do not accept checks; some want the checks in their accounting office at least two weeks prior to your stay. So, be sure to confirm what is allowable and what is preferable.
A completed Credit Card Authorization (CCA) submitted in advance is preferred to school checks in most cases.
Some of the area hotels were willing to honor the state/government rate. Be sure to ask if that is applicable.
Be sure to mention if you are a member of their honors/awards programs since that might have its own discounts.
